Hospitality Properties Trust Announces Record Date for Annual Meeting

NEWTON, Mass.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Hospitality Properties Trust (NYSE: HPT) today announced that it has scheduled its 2010 Annual Meeting of Shareholders for April 15, 2010. The record date for determination of shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting is February 21, 2010. Hospitality Properties Trust is a real estate investment trust that owns 289 hotels and 185 travel centers located throughout the United States and in Puerto Rico and Canada
